Braeburn Valley is directed by an active Homeowners Association which is committed to the strict enforcement of deed restrictions, exterior maintenance, and architectural controls. Braeburn Valley Corporate By-Laws are also available for your viewing.
Maintenance fees for Braeburn Valley homeowners are $350.00 annually, due on January 1st of each year. Checks should be made payable to the Braeburn Valley Homeowners Association and sent to AVR Management at 12929 Gulf Freeway, Suite 320, Houston, TX 77034.
Trash and recyclable collection is through a private company. Guidelines are reflected in the trash collection agreement.
