Is it  necessary to file an Architectural Control Committee application?  Attached is an application for Architectural Control Committee approval for any modifications to the outside of the homes in Braeburn Valley.  Please print out the form and complete it per the instructions below.

The Architectural Control Committee has forty five (45) days from the time the application is received in the management company office to approve or disapprove the application, so please make sure you allow enough time before you schedule your project.

In case of an emergency (i.e. leaking roof, or any other unexpected damage) contact the management company at 281-481-8062 for the proper procedure to follow.

All questions must be answered as requested on the application. The answer "same as on the house now" is not acceptable.

Please provide the following information in the spaces provided on the application:

1. Give a description of the type and proposed modification or repair

• Submit a copy of the plans

2. For Roof Repair/Replacement

• Description of the materials (e.g.: brand, weight, years, and color)

• Must provide sample of the shingle

3. For Painting Outside of House

• Must provide sample of color to be used on the house

• Must provide sample of color to be used on trim

The committee has forty five (45) days to review your application, however, we will try to expedite your application as soon as possible. Please make sure that all questions are completed. If the application is not completed, it will slow down the approval process.
