Braeburn Valley is located in the corner of Southwest Houston - convenient to downtown Houston, the Galleria, the world renowned Texas Medical Center, Bush Intercontinental Airport, and Hobby Airport.

Braeburn Valley's Boundaries

The subdivision is defined by the boundaries of South Braeswood on the north, Twin Hills on the south, Valley Hills on the east and South Gessner on the west.  Braeburn Valley is directed by an active Homeowners Association which is committed to the strict enforcement of deed restrictions and architectural controls.   The Braeburn Valley Homeowners Association has appointed AVR Management, a private management company to enforce these restrictions.

Neighborhood Recreation

For everyday living, Braeburn Valley offers its residents a range of amenities that enhance their quality of life.  The beautifully landscaped entrance to the subdivision welcomes residents and visitors.  Residents can walk and bike within their own neighborhood.  In addition, the subdivision has its own private pool for resident swimming and parties.

Adjacent to Braeburn Valley is the Braes Bayou Hike and Bike Trail, which offers enjoyment for people of all ages,  Stein Family Park, and Marian Park.  The trail leads ten miles away to the Houston Zoo, Houston's Museum District, and the Texas Medical Center.

The subdivision boasts a private security company to ensure round the clock patrol by Security Sure Patrol.  The neighborhood reflects one of the lowest crime statistics for all subdivisions in our area!  Houston Police Department (HPD) Fondren Division 17th District  Command Station is supported by Braeburn Storefront which is only three minutes away, helping to provide an even safer community.

Trash Pickup

Braeburn Valley offers backdoor garbage and recycle pickup by a private company called Republic Waste Management.  They can be reached at (281) 446-2030.  Trash collection days are Wednesday and Saturday.  Backyard pickup service is provided.
